Awesome food, awesome service, awesome people. Their chef is top notch and serves high quality cuisine every time. I love the Bacon Burger and it is the only place in CT that does medium rare as medium rare every time. Other highlights are the deviled eggs and their steak options. The beer list is always fully packed for everyone with ales, IPAs, and my favorite, stouts. The bar staff are always knowledgable and friendly. This is why my wife and I have been to the Celtic Cavern over 40 times over the past two years.
One of my favorite places in Middletown. Always fantastic food and specials that are cooked to perfection. Whether its happy hour or a nice dinner, Celtic cavern is one of those places that always delivers.
The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was so friendly. Everything we ordered was delicious, but if you’re ever there on a Wednesday, you HAVE to try their meatloaf sandwich. I have been ruined for any other meatloaf, it was so perfect and moist and flavorful. They also have a great selection of vegan options. And that's just the food! 11/10 please go here and experience how great this place is.
Absolutely excellent. The food was beyond delicious. The prices were excellent. The service was phenomenal and staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Located in the heart of a beautiful and historic charming town. Definitely worth making the trip to visit if you are ever in Middletown.
